You’ve had a great day at work or school, and now you’re home with a bag full of chips.
What should you do with them?
Should you eat them immediately?

If you’re anything like me, you probably don’t want to throw away food, even though you might be tempted to.
In fact, I’m pretty sure I’d rather eat my chips than throw them away.
After all, they’re already gone, and I’m hungry.
I decided to try out some new recipes using leftover chips.
These recipes include things like chipotle chicken tacos, cheesy potato skins and spicy mac & cheese.
And guess what?
They turned out delicious

This recipe uses elbow macaroni because it cooks faster than other shapes. To make this recipe even easier, you can buy pre-shredded cheese! Just follow the directions below.
1 Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan.
2 In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add flour and whisk constantly until smooth. Gradually pour in milk while continuing to whisk. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add cheese. Whisk until melted. Season with salt and pepper.

Just place the chips in a bowl and pour milk over them. Let them sit overnight and then drain off the milk. This will help remove any extra moisture from the chips. Now you can enjoy your favorite chips again!
What can I do with leftover chip shop chips?
